No issue at all. There is no requirement in Australia to service your car in the state it is registered. ACT mechanics service NSW plated vehicles every day. Your logbook gets stamped, your warranty stays intact and your rego is unaffected. If you are in Queanbeyan or Jerrabomberra, ACT Autocare in Fyshwick is just minutes from the border.
No, and this is one of the most common misconceptions out there. Under Australian consumer law (the Competition and Consumer Act 2010), a car manufacturer or dealer cannot void your warranty simply because you chose to service your vehicle at a licensed independent mechanic. This is your legal right as a consumer, and the ACCC backs it. As long as the service is carried out to the manufacturer's specifications by a qualified technician, which both our partner workshops do, your warranty remains fully intact and your logbook gets stamped at every visit.

As for dealership capped price servicing, that is a separate dealer program and your voucher pack works alongside it. Many of our customers use the pack for services not covered under their capped deal, or once their capped period ends. Either way, you have 24 months from your very first visit. Plenty of time to get full value regardless of your situation.
