Here's how it works in practice. Your voucher lists each service and the labour saving it unlocks. When you use one, the workshop simply marks it off your voucher — and that saving comes straight off your bill.
In this example, a full service would normally cost $500. Using the Major Logbook Service on the voucher marks off a $275 labour saving, so you pay just $225 — and you've still got the rest of your services to use over the 24 months.
Your VIP number is a unique code printed on your voucher. It's the only thing the workshop needs — when you call to book, just quote your VIP number and they'll apply your discounts.
Once you've paid, your voucher is ready to collect from the workshop you chose, usually from the next business day. Can't make it in? Just let us know and we'll arrange delivery instead.
A VIP Servicing Voucher for one of our local Canberra workshops. Pay once and the labour's covered on your eligible services — logbook servicing, brakes, diagnostics, inspections and more — for 24 months.
The voucher covers the labour. When you go in, you just pay for the parts, oils and consumables at the workshop's normal rate — filters, brake pads, fluids and the like. That's the whole deal, nothing hidden.

No. In Australia you can service anywhere qualified — you don't have to use a dealer. Every workshop services to logbook spec and stamps your book, so your warranty stays intact. On NSW plates? All good — our ACT mechanics do them every day.
We run the program — we agree the savings with each workshop and look after you if anything's not right. The workshop does your actual servicing. We just make the deal happen and stand behind it.
